Your dashboard is home base, and you don't need to learn every corner - your genie runs most of it. Here's the map so you can find things fast.
The left menu is your navigation. Conversations is your unified inbox (every message from every channel). Contacts holds everyone you've spoken to, with their full history. Opportunities (the Pipeline) tracks each lead and job through stages. Calendars manages bookings. Automations (Workflows) is where the follow-ups and replies live. Reputation is where reviews come in.
The home screen shows what's happening now - new leads, upcoming appointments, and recent activity - so you can size up the day in a glance. The search bar at the top finds any contact, conversation, or appointment instantly.
Settings (usually a gear icon) is where branding, your team, phone numbers, and connected channels live. You'll visit it during setup and rarely after.
Tip: the parts you'll use daily are Conversations and the Pipeline. Bookmark those. Everything else mostly takes care of itself once your genie is set up.
