What moves. What doesn't.
Every migration page on the internet says the switch is painless. Here's the honest version, including the part most companies leave out.
COMES WITH YOU
- Contacts — names, numbers, emails, addresses, custom fields
- Notes and tags — everything you've written on a customer record
- Deals and pipeline stages — where every job stands
- Calendars and upcoming appointments
- Your phone number — ported, so nobody has to learn a new one
- Email templates and content
- Forms and their submissions
DOESN'T TRANSFER · AND CAN'T
- Your automations. No platform exports automation logic in a format another one can import. Not HubSpot, not Keap, not ActiveCampaign, not Salesforce, not Zoho. Nobody's automations transfer to anybody. They get rebuilt by hand, which is what we do, and what the next section is about.
- Full call and message history. Most systems export one note per contact. Deeper history can sometimes be moved through the API. We'll tell you honestly whether yours can before you commit.
- Anything your old system won't export. Some tools genuinely hold data hostage. If yours does, we'll find out on the migration call, and you'll know before you decide.
If we can't move something, you'll hear it from us before you pay us, not after.
Nothing switches off until you say so.
You keep using your current system the entire time. We build yours alongside it, move your data in, and you check it. Only when you're satisfied does anything change, and your old system is still sitting there if you want to look back.
There's no dark weekend where nothing works.
Migration call
Show us what you've got. Free, no commitment. We tell you what moves and what doesn't.
We import and build
Contacts, history, pipelines, calendars, and your industry's setup pre-installed.
You check it
Take as long as you need. Both systems are running.
You say go
We port your number and you're live. Your old data stays exportable from us, free, forever.
Most businesses are live within a week. Bigger migrations with a lot of custom automation take longer, and we'll tell you which one you are on the call rather than promising a number we can't keep.
Your automations don't transfer. So we build them better.
Rebuilding follow-up sequences by hand is the slowest part of any migration, and it's where most switches go wrong. Someone copies their old sequence across, the triggers work differently, and appointment reminders quietly stop going out. You find out when people stop showing up.
So we don't copy. We sit down with you, work out what each sequence is actually for, and build it properly, with the things your old system couldn't do. Texts as well as emails. A genie that answers when the follow-up gets a reply.
That's not a migration task we're absorbing. It's the product.
Founding members pay $197.
Every tool in the stack charges you for growing. We don't.
Unlimited users. Unlimited contacts. One location or twenty, one flat price.
Entry-tier list prices, single location, billed monthly, one user where charged per seat. Checked August 2026.
HubSpot's free CRM is real — say so. The cost starts when the automation does: Sales Pro runs $100/seat plus a $1,500 onboarding fee.
Podium doesn't publish pricing. That row is an estimate from user-reported figures, and the real bill lands higher once messaging fees, extra numbers and add-ons stack on. An annual contract is required.

Five subscriptions. Five renewal dates. Five support queues. One bill from us.
Sound familiar?
"My bill went up again."
Contact-priced tools charge more as your list grows. Mailchimp is $13/mo at 500 contacts and around $75 at 5,000, for the same product.
Genie: unlimited contacts, flat price.
"Every new hire costs me more."
Per-seat pricing means growing the team grows the bill. Adding office staff to a per-seat CRM can double it.
Genie: unlimited users, always.
"I'm paying for six things that don't talk to each other."
Separate subscriptions for booking, texting, email, reviews, funnels and the CRM, none of which share a customer record.
Genie: one login, one record, one bill.
Fair questions.
Nothing switches off until you say so.
