GenieCentral is one product — an AI employee and CRM that answers calls and texts 24/7, books jobs, chases quotes, gathers reviews, and keeps everything in one inbox — for owner-run, local, and service businesses. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Account data you give us: name, email, business details, and billing information (processed by our payment provider — we don't store full card numbers).
Content you connect: contacts, messages, call and text history, calendar availability, files, and other data you bring in so GenieCentral can do its work.
Usage data: how you interact with the product, device and log information, collected to keep the service reliable and secure.
To provide and operate GenieCentral, personalize its output to your business, process payments, provide support, and keep the service safe.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private business content to train models shared with other customers.
We share data only with the service providers who help us run GenieCentral (for example hosting, payments, telephony, and email delivery), under contracts that require them to protect it — and where the law requires it.
GenieCentral uses AI models to answer calls and texts and to draft replies, content, and suggestions. Where third-party model providers process your prompts, we use business/enterprise terms that prohibit training on your data, and you approve outward-facing actions before they happen (draft-only mode is on by default for new accounts).
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We limit internal access on a need-to-know basis and monitor for unauthorized use.
We use essential cookies to run the site and keep it secure — these are always on. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta and TikTok pixels) to understand traffic and measure our ads.
