The plain-English rules for using GenieCentral. No surprises buried in the fine print.
These Terms govern your access to and use of GenieCentral's website and app. GenieCentral is operated by AIVIGIL MSP (trading as Genie Central), 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. You must be authorized to act for the business you sign up on behalf of.
Use GenieCentral only for lawful purposes and in line with applicable calling, messaging, email, and privacy laws (including consent and opt-out requirements).
Don't misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell it except under an approved partner agreement.
GenieCentral answers calls and texts and generates drafts and suggestions using AI, which can occasionally be wrong. You're responsible for reviewing outward-facing actions. New accounts start in draft-only mode; you control what sends automatically once you're confident.
You can start for $1 for 30 days, which then auto-converts to your chosen paid plan (Launch $97, Grow $247, or Autopilot $497 per month) until cancelled.
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in our Cancellation & Refund policy or required by law. We may change pricing with notice.
You retain ownership of the contacts, content, and data you bring to GenieCentral. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. You can export or delete your data at any time.
We work hard to keep GenieCentral available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may perform maintenance and will aim to minimize disruption.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, you keep the ability to export your data for a reasonable period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Questions? Email [email protected].
