You're in full control of your subscription and can manage it yourself in a couple of clicks - no calls, no hoops.
How to do it: go to the Cancellation page on our site and enter your account email. We'll email a secure link to your billing portal, where you can update your card, switch or downgrade your plan, or cancel. The email link verifies it's really you, so no login is needed.
What happens when you cancel: cancelling stops your next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for - we don't cut you off mid-cycle - and your data stays exportable throughout and for a reasonable window afterward.
Downgrading or pausing: you can move between plans at any time; changes take effect at your next billing cycle and your data stays intact. If money's the issue, you may be offered a retention discount when you go to cancel.
