Founding members receive the GenieCentral AI Receptionist (AI voice) and AI web chat free for a limited period this summer (the “Summer AI Offer”). The AI answers calls you miss, chats with your customers, answers common questions and books appointments.
The Summer AI Offer is available to founding members onboarded during the summer promotional period. It is activated for your account on your onboarding/setup, is limited to one free trial per account, and depends on the availability and eligibility rules of our underlying platform provider’s “Summer of AI” promotion (which may, for example, require that the account is not already running AI agents). We cannot guarantee eligibility where the provider’s rules are not met.
The AI Receptionist is free for 30 days from the date we activate it for you, extendable to a total of 60 days where an eligible plan is enrolled during the trial. We will remind you before your free period ends.
When your free period ends, the AI Receptionist continues only if you choose to keep it, at your locked founding rate of $69/mo (regular $89/mo), billed monthly. If you do nothing, or ask us to switch it off, it is turned off and you are not charged for it. Your $49/mo core founding plan is unaffected either way.
AI voice calls use telephone/telephony minutes, which are billed separately from the $69/mo add-on. The add-on includes a fair-use allowance of AI usage; usage beyond that allowance may require a top-up or a higher tier. Fair-use limits apply to protect service quality and prevent abuse.
The free Summer AI trial must be activated on or before 31 August 2026, aligned to our platform provider’s promotion. After that date the AI Receptionist remains available as a standard paid add-on, without the free trial.
The AI Receptionist is an optional add-on. You can cancel it at any time; cancelling the add-on does not affect your $49/mo core plan. No long-term commitment applies to the add-on.
The AI Receptionist (AI voice) and AI web chat are the summer add-on. They are not included in the $49/mo core founding plan, which provides missed-call text-back, online booking, reminders, review requests and a unified inbox.
The Summer AI Offer depends on our platform provider’s “Summer of AI” promotion. If that promotion is changed, shortened or ended, we may amend or end this offer accordingly — but we will honour any free period already activated for you.
