A booking calendar lets customers (and your AI booking bot) grab an available slot without the back-and-forth. Here's how to set one up.
In Calendars, create a calendar for the thing people book - a consultation, a quote visit, or a job. Set the appointment length, your available hours, and a buffer between bookings so you're not double-booked or rushed.
Assign team members to enable round-robin scheduling, which spreads bookings evenly across your staff. Connect each person's own calendar so the system only offers times when they're genuinely free (no double-bookings against personal appointments).
Your booking links and the AI booking bot use this calendar, so once it's set up, customers only ever see real availability and appointments drop straight into your day.
Tip: add a healthy buffer and set daily limits if you're on the tools - it's better to look slightly less available than to over-promise and run late.
