Draft mode vs auto mode

You don't have to hand the keys over on day one. Your AI can run in two modes so you build trust at your own pace.

Draft mode: your genie writes the reply and waits for you to approve or edit it before it sends. It's the safe way to start - you see exactly how it handles real conversations, and you can correct its tone or answers before anything reaches a customer.

Auto mode: once you're confident, switch it on and your genie replies instantly, around the clock, without waiting for you. This is where the real time-saving and speed-to-lead advantage kicks in.

You can always intervene. Even in auto mode, you can jump into any conversation and take over the moment you want to.

Tip: run draft mode for your first week, approve replies as they come, and flip to auto once you notice you're just clicking 'approve' every time - that's the signal it's ready.
